Post Pandemic Leadership with Raechel Pefanis

Ladies that lead are standing at a precipice of important new considerations in business life. We are negotiating a massive movement of the workforce, profound impacts on mental health and wellness, and the changing face of leadership to deal with racial equality at work. How must we adjust our mindsets, our mission and our behaviour to address this? What are the critical skills needed in the next 2-5 years, after COVID?

In this talk, we will learn how work is not just about industry and output anymore, but is now a place of public gathering to engage social issues. We’ll learn what it means to build vibrant public squares, breaking out into groups for deeper discussion and reflection.
