We launched our 2025–2026 Ladies Who Lead season with an unforgettable evening of inspiration, connection, and empowerment. Held at The Rope Factory, this kickoff event set the tone for a powerful year ahead.
Our guest speaker, Sergeant Paulette Breau — retired RCMP officer and instructor at the Ontario Police College — delivered an impactful and deeply personal keynote on overcoming obstacles, breaking barriers, and rising stronger through life’s challenges. Drawing from her 30-year career in a male-dominated field, Paulette shared stories that were equal parts courageous and heartwarming, reminding us all of the strength found in vulnerability and resilience.
