On April 2, 2025, Ladies Who Lead, in collaboration with the Brantford Resource Centre, hosted an inspiring evening with Haze Schepmyer, Life-Event Transitions Mediator, for “Elevating Connections: Women Powering Women in Business and Life.”
Through heartfelt storytelling and interactive conversation, Haze guided attendees to reflect on the power of community and the importance of circling up — much like the female elephants in her signature story — to protect, uplift, and empower one another.
Participants explored how to build stronger circles of clients, colleagues, and community, learning how each can fuel both personal and professional growth. Haze’s insights, rooted in compassion and self-awareness, encouraged everyone to strengthen their sense of belonging, confidence, and purpose as they move toward self-actualization in business and in life.
The evening was enriched by a delicious build-your-own pasta and salad bar, warm conversation, and a genuine sense of connection among members and guests.
